Connection to PC

Can`t connect my unit - the red Spirit, to PC. Installed the newest version of software on computer, but don`t remember what version of firmware I have on the unit... what to do?

No problem,
in that case you can just flash the latest firmware - in the Backup tab.
In the Connection tab you can see what firmware is in the unit right now.

Software shows that it could be started only in demo mode, there is no connection from unit to PC.
When installed the new software, it updated the drivers.

Ah. In that case it does not communicate at all with the unit.
When starting the software please make sure that the unit is fully initialized - Status LED is steady on.
