Making my own telemetry UNI cable?

The guide says making my own 'UNI' cable (for a HW V4 ESC) is not recommended but as the ready made cables are out of stock I'd like to know what the connections between the servo lead and satellite type lead need to be, and i can make the call if I'm happy to do one myself. It cant be that hard as there are only three wires on each side..

So anyone know which wires are connected to which?

The cable is same as for example our JST-RX but middle wire (red) is unused.
This is very important otherwise you can damage the unit.
