If you are in back flight and the model looks down the nose, then he does not save upwards but unfortunately down, at low altitude could be dangerous. it is intended to work in the following way:
When nose is down (90°) it should Rescue the model so that it makes Rescue backwards, because it is faster.
But if it is less than this angle it should Rescue upwards.


Lets say 0° is horizontal position. Can you tell me at which angle you are trying to engage the Rescue?
