Spirit System

I see that I can manage head speed with the spirit governor, or I can manage head speed by programming the ESC directly.

I am using a Castle ICE 120 HV.

Is there a compelling reason that I should use the Spirit governor, or is it simply my choice for how I do it?

You can get better performance with Spirit Governor than internal governor from the ESC.
This is the main advantage. Other is you can set everything in the Spirit unit.
