Got this error if I try to update

Firmware is missing! Your installation is probably corrupted.
Please reinstall the software.

Can you please provide me the software that needs to be installed to run , the modul aksk's for?

please try to redownload and reinstall the Spirit Wifi-Link updater.
The issue should not occur normally.

No, got just an mac to handle this. i downloaded the .dmg file again, but same error message.

Probably you are trying to start the Wifi-Link updater directly from the DMG image.
Please move the app to a desktop or somewhere else. Then it will work.

I tried as you told me to do. Sorry, no success - same error message as before.

Can you tell me what OSX version do you have installed?

We have tested it yesterday on Mac and it is working just fine.

I've got Mojave 10.14.
Can you provide me the firmware inside an .bin file?
a friend of mine told me that he can burn the file onto the chip in a way he knows!?

The .bin file is placed in the .app file. You can open the app directory and view the contents.
But there is no reason why it shouldn't work. If you have any other computer, are you able to start the Updater there?

Do you have any special OSX configuration? For example Case Sensitive system.
