I used the same mounting for GPS. It is actually for Gopro mounting system.
If you purchase 'virb 360' gopro style mounting is provided. So you can install it.

However I used Plastic Bolts and Nuts to reduce the weight and to protect Compass. (from Carbon Boom).

3rd mounting was just for testing another configuration of dual mounting.
