Burnt FBL controller

After a weird crash (suddenly got full negative pitch, could be damaged wiring isolation) I think I destroyed my Spirit Pro controller by accidentally connecting power to sys port or something.
Now the FBL is unresponsive, the LED doesn't light up and the controller itself is drawing ~1 amper. Tried to replace the on-board LDO but it didn't help. Tried to skip the LDO entirely by supplying 3.3V directly to the output pin of LDO. Then the LED lighted up but the ARM processor got super hot. So the ARM chip itself is burnt.
1. Is there any chance I could replace the ARM chip and get it flashed with the firmware myself?
2. Does Spirit offer some discount for a new FBL? I could ship the burnt controller back if needed. I bought the Spirit Pro from the e-shop on 18.07.2017.
