Spirit System

I want to add spirit rescue to my blade 360 cfx 3s. It has an AR636A receiver. Can I use that or should I rip that off and use a SPM4649T receiver with a satellite receiver?

I also have an AR8010T receiver. What would be the pros/cons of using that over the SPM4649T?
