Dsmx satellite question

Hi,
I bought the Spirit Pro with Geo link option. By connections the Geo link to the Spirit Pro, means I am left with one connection for the satellite in the primary port. I really don’t feel safe just with one satellite receiver.

If I were to do the standard connection with PWM connection, does that mean I have limited channels to play with? What I need is
1) gps position hold
2) alt hold
3) RTH

Please advice me. Your help is much appreciated
