Spirit System

I’ve got to give a big shout out on the Unbelievably awesome service from Tomáš at Spirit.

A few weeks ago I had a LiPo fire that incinerated most of the electronics in my new TDR2. Included in the damage was my Spirit Pro.
I cleaned the case up on the Spirit and it seemed to power up ok, but the plastic base of the servo connectors on the PCB had been melted and the label was burned off.

Last week I returned the unit to Spirit for checking out and a repair quotation.

Today I was amazed to find a package from Spirit, I at first assumed that the FBL had been returned as ‘beyond repair’. But no, I was amazed to find that a brand new complete PCB had been fitted to my case along with a new label. Basically the FBL is back to brand new, better than before the fire.

Now the amazing bit.... NO CHARGE

I don’t think there is another FBL manufacturer in existence that would even come close to this level of service. If there is I’d like to hear it

I must agree awesome service I had powered up my unit through the wrong Channel by mistake and burnt the unit up . Tomáš fixed it up for me and I also had no charge .
Thank you for the great service and it would also explain why I have 16 spirit units on my Helis .

16 units on 16 Helis but I own 30 Helis I’m slowly changing them all over to Spirit . Love the ease of set up and rescue .
