now I upgraded to 2.8 on laptop it wont conect to heli with2.4.1 where can I get old software. also is firm ware a diffrent file type. any problems with file type.

Hello,

you have to also update firmware in the Spirit units.
Firmware file is 4df type.

Please download firmware from our Spirit web pages in Download section.

Then in the update tab select the file. If you have Explorer web browser then it could cause issue. It will rename file extension from 4df to man. You will need to rename the extension.
Or use other web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
