the model has a 5 degree inclined landing gear
Is there anything to consider when installing and adjusting Spirit Pro and Geolink? The units do not lie horizontally when the model is in a normal position.
How does this affect the stabilization? The model is not horizontal when initialised

it will not affect it in any way, because in the air unit is not "mounted" according landing gear but according main rotor blades.
And rotor blades are always parallel with unit mounting position.

So you do not have to make any special changes.
