Hi,

please try to start the software with settings.sh script.
This script should ask you for your password for the first time to allow users to see the device.

When launched second time, it should work.

Have a nice day!

Hi,

thank you for your answer, but the problem still exists.

the script comes up with scanning for devices and can't find any.
then it asks for demo mode.

any idea about this ?

thank you.

Can you tell me, if this script needed your user password?

Also you can check after you attach usb interface to the PC if you can see few last words about ttyUSB device with command:
"dmesg" or "dmesg | last".

Code: Select all

sudo ./settings.sh

it work's.

i dont know why it does not work with my ubuntu. i'll take a look these days and let u know.
