WIFI-Link FW-Update 3.1 -- flashing process failed

I tried to update my wifi-modul with "wifi-link-3.1.0-win32.exe".
The PC is WIN10/64bit; IP: 192.168.4.1.
The connecting seems to be ok but the flashing process failed.
What can I do ?
