Spirit Aero w/ Jeti Flap configuration

I have setup 3mode flight control with Butterfly. The Flap is not assigned to a switch in the Function menu. No matter what I try the Flaps and Ailerons always moving together, Meaning from either input (Aileron Stick or three position mode switch). I have tried two different Jeti receivers both using EX.. I have placed the flap servo in Aux, and the other open channel on the Spirit, same results.. Thanks
