UK delivery

Had a unit despatched on 30th December to the UK, not arrived as yet has anyone else in the UK received theirs? Hopefully just the Christmas backlog.

Mine was a bit later than that but not arrived yet i emailed Thomas the other day as i was getting concerned.
Strange this is my third unit and the others all arrived with 3 days, I’m wondering if they are now using a different delivery service.

Hi,
we are using very same delivery system. Something seems to be overloaded but we can't do anything more. Packages were shipped in the day you have receiver tracking number. I am sure it will arrive as always.
