Can't set hard deck heights

Hey, new to spirit fbl. I cant seem to find an option to adjust the hard deck heights, I can go from "active and inactive" but won't let me set minimum height. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I was fidgeting and the menu popped up for a split Second but then disappeared.... I don't know what I did to get it to do that or why it went away again..... hmm.

Please enlarge the window size, then you will see the values.
The window size is very small, because of small resolution at the notebook.
If you will make it larger, all values will be displayed and you can edit them.
