Which Spirit unit to use in which heli?

Hi,

I have a Spirit v1 and a Spirit 2 to go into an Gaui X5 and a 600 electric scale, which unit should go in which? I don't fly hard, just learning basic / sport flying, and the Spirit 1 is stated as suitable for only up to 550 size, and Spirit 2 for up to 800 so I guess the obvious choice would be to put the Spirit 1 on the X5 and Spirit 2 (stated as for use up to 800) in the 600 scale.

But given the 600 is only scale, would the Spirit 1 work ok in that, and would the Spirit 2 perform better in the X5 than the Spirit 1, especially for rescue with its more advanced sensor, or would I only notice the difference with hard 3d which I dont do?

Hi,

both units will work on any model. Models might be identical in blade size so it is up to you. Both can be operated at 250 - 800 class.
