I just received my DS-12, Spirit RS and Geolink. The first thing I did was started reading the manual, on page 26 (Back-up Transmitter module) it says the frequencey for (EU) is 868 Mhz and for (US, AU and JP) is 915 Mhz. The DS-12 I have received is marked (EU) on the side of the box. As in my initial post that you answered on the 9th of December 2020 prior to me purchasing I indicated that I would be using the 900Mhz back up feature. Has the EU changed to the same as Australia? Or do I have the wrong transmitter. Please advise! I am exited to get all of this working as soon as possible but I don't want to open it all up and change modes etc in case I need to return it for exchange with the correct unit

we can send any version of radio, but all JETI radios (for any country) are compatible with AU receivers.
Anyway we will contact JETI regarding switching frequencies.

we have shipped you new radio today.
The frequency band can be changed by software, but this would take some additional time (due to covid). So we decided to ship you new one.
The old one can be shipped back to us, while we will cover all the costs for the shipping. I will let you know details how to proceed if that is OK.

JETI model was affected by covid, so some operations with them takes much longer.
For this reason it was shipped so you do not have to wait. You should not pay any import tax.

Hi Tomaz,
Can you please send me a link to the tracking number as before, the courier company got it all wrong with the delivery of the first unit, hence I really need to be able to monitor it's progress to stay in touch with them. Also I need to know what to do with regards to returning the unit I currently have.
