damaged sbus adapter looking for part id's

While making up a new adaptor cable for the xsr-m to black spirit the spirit did not detect any reciever inputs.
When double checking my soldering work saw there are 2 components missing on the board.
One cap and a chip (assuming a inverter).

No idea when or how this happend and can't find the parts.

At work i have acces to a smd workstation and the people who can use it so i would like to know the values/ id of the parts so they can be ordered from farnell/ mouser ect and placed back.

I suspect the cap is 100nF. You could measure it with a multimeter if it has a capacitance setting.

The other device is probably a level shifter. Google the numbers written on the device.
