[SOLVED] Crashed into a pond

So I crashed into a pond. TRex 550. Very little physical damage but what about the Spirit.
It was under water about 5 to 10 minutes with the battery connected of course.
How much damage can there be? And what about the rest of the electronics?

Hello,
that is very sad

It is hard to tell what can be damaged. The best you can do is to put all electronics on a heating system for few days.
I think that unit will work, hopefully rest too.

Thanks Tomas. I'm hoping for the best I'll post here when I know more.

Amazingly all the electronics survived. I flew 4 pack today and everything worked perfect. I initially opened up everything as much a possible and saturated them with WD40. After a few days I cleaned everything with alcohol than sprayed them with Corrosion X to prevent future problems (fingers crossed). I did the same with all the bearings.
Electronics that survived:
Spirit FBL
Hobbywing 100A V3 ESC
Align BL600MX motor
3 Align DS615 servos
1 Align DS655
2 Spektrum Sat Rx
Optipower Ultra Guard
Nanotec 6S 5000 mAh
