Spirit System

Trying to setup my Spirit II. I had the Spirit Settings software working but it would not connect. I downloaded the driver again and installed it. I did get the installation successful message. I restarted my computer. Now when I connect the Spirit and supply power to it, then try to start Spirit Settings software I get the message "Interface not detected".
I have tried reloading the software and the driver, restarting the computer each time.
I have a new MacBook Air with the M1 chip and version 11.0 of Big Sur. I have reread the manual as prompted. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

I received the wifi adapter and the new usb cable earlier today. I can't believe it got here so quickly. They shipped it out about noon on Thursday and it was at the Fedex facility Saturday morning, unfortunately it didn't make the delivery truck so I got it this morning.
They replaced the usb for free and only charged me 40Kc( $1.85 ) for the wifi adapter. I paid the freight as I insisted on paying.
Tomas set up everything remotely. Now the USB and the wifi adapter work flawlessly. The original USB still will not communicate but we don't know why as they test every unit before it is shipped.
I am very happy with Spirit System. I don't think any other company would have spent so much time and effort to resolve this problem.
I would recommend Spirit FBL to anyone.
