Some setup Problems with Futaba S-Bus and doubts to improve

I observed by the initial setup and Surprising that the setup software never requests to put the Heli 100% on level before start the setup?
But he requested 6º plus or negative for the Blade geometry doesn’t matter + or - ? , but after that you must adjust the way of the swashplate?
I have several points to clear, on a Futaba conventional receiver setup I was able to modify the Tail Gain from the Transmitter, now with the correct S-BUS Setup, it's not possible to adjust the Tail gain from the Transmitter!?
I don’t make any change in the transmitter!
I was trying to setup the normal Rescue mode, I select the option “Rescue collective Pitch” I see on the “Receiver Channel Mapping “ window that the green bar moves, but the swashplate does not move to make the Rescue, also I activate the option on the Stabilisation window the option “Rescue normal”!
By the way I read in the manual that 1channel for 1 Function !???
Why! ? The transmitters have switches with three positions, that means that you can handle with 1 channel two functions, if it’s really necessary a channel for only one function? This will need at least 18 channels!
I have no problem with channels , due I have the Futaba T32 MZ, but for users that use usually 8 channels
will have some problems !!
Is this possible to modify Next time?
My idea is to Fly with the basic and normal "Rescue mode" by switch, test it and fine-tuned ,
before I install the GeoLink.
A strange thing is, casually in the transmitter I switch off the Tail Heading Hold (AVCS) , and the Swashplate jumps up !? Also on inverted, without do anything Swashplate try to put the Heli on the normal position !
I read that with Heading Hold setups its possible to program some features,
for low channel transmitter, but I like to deactivate this function, because not help to configure well the real channels.
Another point it's not clear for me, I suppose that the yellow cable ( Governor) that comes from the Hobbywing ESC goes to a Spirit port and shows the ( Telemetry) , but I see on the Wiki, for this I need to buy a cable !? That goes from the ESC Programming connector to the SAT connector of the Spirit? Is this correct?
In the end I have to say that the Spirit setup software translated in different languages , overall it is easy to handle.
Thanks in advance.
