Sending in for repairs?

Hi Tomáš,
I have two spirit units that are acting up - what is the process of sending them in for evaluation/repair?
One unit (micro) is not outputting Channels the way it should, and I believe I bricked the other one (Spirit 2) while attempting an update from v2 -v3 on a Mac. The unit is now completely unresponsive regardless of which computer I plug it in to.
