Transmitter: Radiomaster TX16S with Multimodul and firmware 1.3.2.86
Receiver: Frsky X8R with ACCST D16 FCC protocol
Spirit GT with firmware 3.3.2

The Spirit has problems to initialize, 1 of 3 attempts fail.

Can you describe how it will fail? Is it same as your collegue - by wrong channel centering?

No, it does not initialize. The blue led does not blink at start, it is permanently on. The servos are not responding. All is dead.

In that case I will send you guide for fixing the problem in private message.

I have the same problem, sometime, not often, the blue led is solid and no servo movement is possible. The YGE ESC does not initialize, i hear no peep tone from the ESC.
I have a Ultra Guard parallel connected. The behavior is too rare that it makes sense to disconnect the Ultra Guard.

No, the problem persists also with the new bootloader

Can you describe your full setup please?

You said it is appearing 1 from 3 times. Today is it same again?
