Try to update, but 3.3.3 Spirit Settings say no update available

Very likely your firewall is blocking communication to our servers.
It could be set even in router.

I have disabled the firewall,
i have set my Fritzbox Internet->Filter-> uneingeschränkt
i have tried other computers, but all are connected to the fritzbox
i never had such problems over years, do you use new Ports Netbios-Ports?
can you send me a IP Address to check the connection?
is there a other way to get the new FW 3.3.3?

Yes, we know only about FritzBox blocking connection to our servers.
It must be set for full internet access.

Our servers are without any change for years. Still same port and protocol.

There is no other way how to perform the update for safety reasons.

Ok my Fritzbox has now a wrong internet connection.
I never changed anything, i have not get a Firmware update to the box, i think.

How can i get the FW 3.3.3 for GT and Spirit2 or have i to change the FBL system because i cannot connect to your server with my faulty Firtzbox.

I can connect to you with TeamViewer to your computer and find what is blocking communication.
I am sure it will work once it is set properly. Your fritzbox is not faulty certainly but in default settings it is blocking all unknown connections.
Only the most common applications are allowed.

In the FritzBox it is necessary to find settings called "Internet" and there at "Filter" set "unlimited".
With "Standard" settings it will not work.

Why do you think your FritzBox is faulty?

If it worked previously with a previous version 3.3.2 then there is other reason why it does not work.

I think my Fritzbox is faulty because ist does not work.
Settings 3.3.2 was good, settings 3.3.3 do not work
changed back to settings 3.3.2 , now the same problem, no connection to your server
