Spirit System

I am using a spirit GT in combination with a Castle Phoenix 160 ESC and a Spektrum DX8 transmitter. I put the ESC cable in the AUX1 port and set the spirit setting in to Throttle freq. 60HZ Throttle range min 1060 and Throttle range max 1940. When i power on the system the motor won't start. What am i doing wrong?

Is Castle telemetry disabled in the Spirit unit? If enabled, then you have to enable LinkLive feature in the ESC. Otherwise it can't work together.

Did you calibrate the ESC
