Hello. I have a problem. I can't connect the Jeti ds-12 radio to the JETI Studio. The VCP driver and Bus/D2XX driver drivers are installed, but virtual COM ports do not appear in the Task Manager. When the DS-12 is connected to a computer, it is defined as a joystick and a removable disk. And in JETI Studio there is no connection with it. Tried on Windows 10 and Windows 8. Can someone help?

Hello,
it should be enough to only start JETI Studio and then connect DS-12 to your computer.
Then during radio startup select you want to connect to computer with USB.
From this moment JETI Studio should detect the radio.

Thanks for your reply.
But the questions remained…
When connecting the Radio, I choose the USB connection.
But the connection does not occur, 1. A transmitter appears in the explorer,
but there are no virtual COM ports in the configuration window, although the drivers are installed.
4. in the lower right corner there is a red cross and a picture of a connection break.
As I already wrote in the Windows device Manager, after installing the drivers, a tab with virtual COM ports does not appear. Maybe someone has faced such a problem?
