Jeti 12DS Spirit Edition

Having difficulty adding additional software modules (vibration and voice) to my new Jeti 12DS Spirit Edition transmitter. Have registered device on Jeti SWshop site, have a confirming email from Jeti that device is registered, but my "profile" shows "no registered devices" which makes it impossible to purchase and upload additional modules. I am assuming the Spirit Edition is upgradable like any other Jeti 12DS radio.
Am I missing something?

Hello,
there is no difference from other JETI radios in this aspect.
Can you verify that you have no multiple JETI accounts? This could be the issue.

There have been reports on Jeti facebook groups of same problems and UK dealer confirmed that there is problems with Jeti website....

Jeti system is back up after local power failures. Successfully downloaded additional software modules for my DS12 Spirit Edition.
The Spirit GTR and DS12 Spirit Edition combination is an amazingly good setup. Thank You Spirit.
