Problems with Windows Application 3.4.1

Hello together,
i have a nervy problem with the windows application Spirit 3.4.1:

If i go to settings of the geolink module another window open.

But the setting parameters in the down positions are not reachable for me, because the window is out of range.
My graphic settings on my notebook are 1366 x 768 which is very common 15" screens and its not possible to make them higher.
The window for the setting should be scrollable or able to maximize. I think that the programmer used another resolution and fixed the window. It is not possible to move the window more high to get access, only down works.

So, what can i do. I tried yesterday for hours with my windows 10 settings without any solution.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Greetings, Mario

Hello,

in some systems fonts are enlarged very much in the system settings. It should be enough to decrease system font size as temporaral solution.
Could you maybe take a screenshot so I can see how it looks on your notebook?
Our app is optimized even for smaller screens. So I guess there is some unusual font settings.

Dear Sirs,
as an attachment you get a screenshot.

My windows scaling is on the lowest 100%. Less is not possible.

Hi Everyone,

I am facing similar problem as OP. I have 2 notebooks, one with Win 7 Pro and another with Win 10 Pro. On both NBs GeoLink page cant be fully utilized after updating to V3.4.2. The bottom area is below the active screen.

I try to follow Mr.Tomas temp solution but my font size is set to minimum and screen resolution is on it's max. No change can be done.

Has anyone managed to find a solution for this? Please share with us.

Thank you,

Amal

Had the seem problem. Temporary fix is go to display and change from landscape to portrait. It’s a little tricky moving the mouse but you can get to the settings

Hello,

you can change window size by right clicking at the window title and selecting option to maximize for example.
This will make it to fit well.
The window size will be saved for next time with the latest version.

Is there a way you can adjust some settings of Spirit program to fit into 1440 X 900 resolution?

Regards,

Amal

Mr.Tomas,

Is this the method you advised: right click on Spirit shortcut icon on the windows and go to properties, Shortcut, Run and change to minimize?

I am sorry, it does not work that way.
