Spirit System

The manual indicates that Hobbywing V4 versions work with telemetry features, given I have an older hobbywing platinum pro 120a opto probably v2, even if I update the firmware on it, the telemetry feature won't work. Is that correct?

It would be nice if it did, but I don't want to break anything by plugging it in and then discovery I damaged either the HW or Spirit.

Hello,

the ESC must be v4 or v5, otherwise there is no telemetey support at all. So there is nothing Spirit unit can receive except RPM signal.
