Spirit System

Hi,
i use the Spirit RS in my Specter V2 with a GDW995 Tail Servo and 115mm blades. The tail turns slightly with the torque at pitch pump input at any rotationall speed (1400-2200 rpm). I changed all parameters (delay/revomix) but can't solve it completely. The issue went better with increasing the Revomix. Now the parameter is at 4. The delay is at 2. I talked in the RC Heli Forum about the issue and 2 other Spirit users wrote that they have the same Problem with another Specter V2 and a Protos 380. They tried also everything.

My tail mechanic slides super smooth and the Tail pitch sleeve uses almost the hole way of the rotor shaft. Controller is a YGE Aureus. When the Tail does not hold during hard Pitch input the Aerobatics can't be flown perfectly!

Maybe with higher values Revomix over 4 the issue could be solved!?

I am sure it can be resolved easily, since there are many Specter helicopters that are working very well with Spirit.
Actually Spirit units were one of the first that were used even with Specter v1 at big events.

Yes, it tried it with the proceeding list. But nothing helped. The issue was just minimized by increasing the Revomix as i wrote. If you know a pilot of a specter V2 where the tail still holds at hard pitch input, let me know the parameters. So i can try these!

The issue is mostly in thr servo arm length.
Please share you settings and I will check them.

Hi, Servo arm length of the tail servo is 14mm. Before that i tried 16mm an the behavior was much worse.

Tail Limits ar 130 (to tail boom) and 125. So i use nearly the full range with a little space at then end. I set the subtrim as it is discribed in the Specter manual. So the blades have about 3-5 degrees pitch.
