I would like to install Geolink on my Oxy 3.
CG without it is good. With it positioned it as shown it becomes more tail heavy. Battery is placed as forward as possible.
Manual says at least 20mm from servo.
Is this perhaps too small a machine to use Geolink?
Should I be too concerned about CG?

Thanks for any assistance.

Hello,

manual says at least 50 mm from a servo. However this might be still not enough.
Features such as Altitude Limit, Altitude Hold will work in any case.

You can at least try the performance. Without checking it is hard to say.

Thank you Tomas. I stand corrected on distance.
We moving it that far back is really going to affect CG. Will try it out. Anybody using them on 300 size machines?

Hi,
I am using Geolink on a Sab Fireball (280) and it helps tremendously in keeping the heli intact….

I use RTH, geofencing and rescue. I use less often altitude limit and it works well. I would have made a lot of repairs even rekit without Geolink…
Enjoy

Hi Uplate,

I do have a small CG issue but I don’t really care it’s really a heli to learn and throw around to get better to fly my bigger heli.
