what filke type is supported

Hi im trying to upload a video clip can anyone tell me what file type is suported, as i have tried 3 diffrent formats so far.

i think that video is not supported here

. Can you upload video to youtube or vimeo and paste the link here.

You can upload video for example on youtube or other sharing servers.
