I just got an Windows Pad for all of my needed hobbysoftware. Yesterday i tried to setup my Heli wit this pad and was really shocked how difficult it ist to do fine settings with the sliders using your finger. Is it possible to add not to small + and - buttons to every value? I just thought it would make things easier if you take yor pad to the airfield. Otherwise you have to take an external mouse / stylus with you.

The best solution for you is to get Spirit Wifi-Link module. This offer Spirit Settings inside the web browser which is fine also for touch screen devices.
Other option is to install Android app on your devices, but this could be little tricky. There are several ways how to run Spirit Settings for Android devices on your Windows machine.
This is fully optimized for touch screens. For this you will also need Wifi-Link module. I would not try emulating app with Bluetooth module since it is uncertain how it will work.
