unit flashes red

I have 3 units from the earliest model. 1 is on my trex 700 and performs well. when i connect it to my computer with USB cable every thing performs well. when i connect the other 2, same cable, same computer, same software, units flashes red and i get the message unit not found. any suggestions?

it look like previous firmware flashing failed and now it require recovery mode.

Have you tried to perform recovery mode according this page?
