Spirit System

I have spektrum DX9 transmitter, 7 channel reciever, Spirit from first generation. Rescue is wired from gear port in reciever to AUX in spirit, and operated by the spingy switch (H) in transmitter. everything, so far, is working well. I just bought a GEOLINK V2 unit. I connect the Spirit unit to the geolink using the cable with two JST connectors in both sides. My question is - Now I have no free port on the Spirit unit. How do I operate, say, the height limit in Geokink? Do I need to cancel the rescue port and use it for Geolink?

Hi,

you can use also Channel 5 for engaging Rescue or GeoLink modes. Instead of Gyro Gain you can set it for these functions. Gyro Gain will be fixed in this case.
Or you will have to get receiver with digital data transmission which will transfer all 9 channels.
