Rough conversion for rotation rates?

Hi all.
Does anyone know if there is a rough conversion from the numbers in 'rotation rates' to degrees per second or RPS ?

I've used Spirit since they first came out and I always just set them to a number I felt I liked, but recently I've been doing more advanced things (for me :)) on the sim and am finding a bit of difference IRL.

I could just get someone to set a timer for a minute and count the number of flips or rolls I can do at full stick but it's a bit of a tiresome way to do it.

I installed 3.7 rc2 hoping the 'decimal step' change might have been what I was after, but it only seems to be half steps to the existing method, unless I'm missing something?

Cheers

You can set 0.1 step manually. Half step is just for mouse wheel or arrows.

There is no conversion, because it would be +/- 50°/s or even more depending on Flight Mode settings, rotor blades, cyclic feed forward.
However with Spirit GT/GTR you can measure real rate very easily by logging.
