Spirit System

Trying to update firmware on my Wave Pro from 1.0.12 to the latest 1.0.13 but it keeps failing somewhere around 8% saying connection to server failed. I have reset unit to factory and re-established a wifi connection but despite these efforts it continues to fail.

Fails the speech to text download as well. Would like to know if I am missing something or if there is some other way to get latest firmware.

Was able to get it to function correctly. Had to sit very close to my router but it’s all sorted now.

It could be related to network stability in your area. We recommend doing updates when WiFi signal is strong.
Our server is located in Europe which could add issue. But we will try to improve it for all areas worldwide if this will be the root of the issue.
