Hi

Everithing was working Ok. Today when I was doing preflight checking, cyclic servos started to make extreme vibrations.
The elevator also start to behave strange at the endpoint for both sides.
Please, look the videos.

I take out the spirit fbl and setup an IKON in order to check this issue and servos are working good and flight very good.

Servos are ALIGN 815HV

thank you for any help

Hi,
what is your setting for frequency on the servos? Maybe to high?
Could you post your "settings.4ds" file here?

Edit: You have checked, that the servos don't bind anywhere?

Hi,

I can't see any video, but sometimes it is caused by too high frequency or that cables are cutted and there is short through carbon frame.. Sometimes it is barely visible, but cables can be damaged. After some movement of the cables it can work normally.

I think you have selected 333Hz for cyclic so it may be not good.

As I told you, I take out the spirit and installed an IKON unit and no problem at all.

please, look after this issue

It seems as if all cyclic servos are jittering in some position. What is your Gyro Gain? This can be caused if it is at 0% and transmitter is switching very fast between normal mode and the rescue.

Also make sure that your collective pitch channel has +/-100% range.
What frequency did you configured for the servos?

Gyro is from 53 to 0 (rescue mode) but the vibs on all cyclic occurs without using rescue. Indeed when I switch to rescue was not vibs at all. The vibes occurs when all goes up.
Servos were at 333 mhz and vibes dont occured but i changed it because your advice in another thread to 200 mhz and problems started.
I dont think this is the problem because I test with both parameters 200 and 333 and vibes are the same.
TRAVEL is ok. +- 100
Please. See the strange behavior of the elevator, very hard to explain but look that when it goes to the limits, when I release the stick the horn goes back but with a jump in the begining of the move back

Think you

Please try to set Stabi/Function to disabled and verify the problem again. If it will be OK, then the problem is only in Gyro Gain settings.

If nothing help you can try to download latest firmware from the web again and reflash the firmware.

Changing FBL does not necessarily mean anything.
Does the issue persist, if you clip the ball linkage off the servo?
Edit:
You can also go to the "limits" tab of "Spirit Settings software", check "Cyclic Ring tuning" and tell us if you can reproduce the issue there.
