is it available to do esc programming on wave radio like Vbar control?
if yes, which esc is compatible with?

Hello,

yes, it is fully supported for long time.
All telemetry enabled YGE ESCs are supported.

Soon there will be support for HobbyWing v5, Scorpion, XDFly and OMP ESCs.
