Spirit System

After my Kontronik failing to initialise, I re-bound the W1 on my Logo 500se.
Seems to be behaving, other than occasionally showing varying signal strength from 100% down to 75% and back in the garage.
However, the swash after performing the initial 'twitch' on link is occasionally twitching by half of its range every few seconds.
This Kontronik 80A Jive has worked flawlessly for about 17 years!
What do people think the issue is, please?
I did have a solid red signal on the ESC when it would not work.
I reprogrammed to mode 4 and 9.
Do I need to buy a new unit or try something else. I am losing confidence!
Are the Scorpions any good?

Do you have the auto bailout switched on?

Dont worry, there are thousands of people flying same Kontronik with Spirit units. If problem happened just after changing unit, then it is wiring or settings.
I guess problem could be either in ESC telemetry wiring (if connected) - very important to not feed BEC voltage to unit.
Or it could be for example Throttle frequence being too high. Make sure to leave it at 60Hz.

There is no difference between other Spirit units.

If you are using ESC telemetry do you use only signal and ground wire? Middle wire is for telemetry while yellow is BEC - not common anywhere else.

It does not have Auto-bailout switched on.
No, this ESC has been flying in this Logo 500se for about 16 or 17 years!
The W1 has replaced a GTR about 6 months ago.
I have not changed anything else but will look at the Throttle frequency.
It has not shown this behaviour before!
PS: there is no telemetry being used with the ESC, which is the older version.

Someone suggested that the problem may lie in the INO-Lab D761MG servos, although they have been very reliable over the 16/17 years!
I am wondering what a good potential replacement for these cyclic servos may be?

Unfortunately I am not sure what do you mean. If all servos are doing the same thing, then this is not servo issue.

I took a video showing erratic servo movements, which are however quite coordinated in a collective sense, but am having difficulty transposing the recorded footage to save on this site. The movements are coordinated collective 'twitches', every 2 seconds.

I haven't as yet managed to copy the video of this twitching.
This appears to only happen in a coordinated collective manor, in other words, all of the cyclic servos are moving together up and down.
I have powered the system from another power source and the behaviour is the same, so does not appear to be caused by either the servos failing (as they are all three doing exactly the same thing) or the power supply from the ESC BEC.
When I am able, I will post the video.

This is a much shorter version of the video to allow me to upload.
The Spirit W1 is connected successfully to the Spirit Radio, powered by the Kontronik 80A ESC.
The servos all seem to move in a coordinated 'Collective Pitch' fashion.
I have rebound the Spirit W1, but have no ideas of the cause of this. The signal frequency is 60Hz and bailout not chosen.
