Frsky S-Bus connection unstable

I just switched my Spirit2 FBL in my T-Rex 550 from Futaba S-Bus to Frsky S-Bus. Everything was fine, but after a few minutes, I got an "unstable connection" warning on my PC with the USB cable. Should I worry about this, or just go flying? I have a recent Frsky X14 transmitter and an old X8R from around 2019. Thanks and regards.
