GTR to W1 transition: transfer settings

I want to perform the same task as described here (Migrate from GTR to W1)

I suppose this sequence could work:

1. Backup GTR to a PC file
2. Connect W1 to PC
3. Load GTR settings from the PC file to W1. Receiver type will be "Jeti" now.
4. Change receiver type back to W1. Reboot.
5. Verify all parameters in the UI
6. Do a thorough check of all swashplate and rudder servo movements. Verify 6 degree angle.

Is it ok to do it like this?

Hello,

this is correct procedure. Except that after Receiver Type change to Spirit RX all Channel settings will be at defaults.
So you have to configure channels again. Everything else can remain identical.
