Geolink v2 defekt

Hello, I have a Geolink v2, which the Spirit GT hasn't recognized since it crashed. I have another one that works perfectly. When I connect the old one, the blue light only flashes once briefly. I've already tried restoring it, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Is there any way I can send it in?

We will inpsect it and try to repair it.
