How easy is it to swap the switch positions on the Wave, are they soldered or can they just be moved
I prefer the rear switches to be 2 way on the right and momentary on the left
I haven't got the Wave yet but have one on order
Thanks
Andy

You can change all switches between each other. The hardest thing is to unscrew switch nut and assemble radio back.
We can also do the change for you prior shipping the radio. Just let me know how it should look like. Default layout is identical to Futaba radios.
It should take no more than 10 minutes.

Changing switches is really easy. For opening the nuts, you can use the Jeti tool (
https://www.hacker-motor-shop.com/Zierm ... 527&p=1292).
The ribbon cables which connect the switch with the main board are long enough to just change the switch from one position to the other, without unplugging the cable.
But: Don't do this! The result would be, that the switch designation in the configuration UI no longer matches the physical switch position! You will be confused configuring the switches and preflight check will show a wrong switch position.
Instead: Unplug the ribbon cable on the switch side. Change switches and connect the cable to the new switch on the corresonding position.
Unfortunately, I could not find a documentation which connector position on the main board belongs to which switch, so you have to be careful not confusing cables.

Thanks Tomas.
That would be good if it can be done before shipping
I have sent you an email
