Spirit System

Hi,

i have a Laptop with Win 11. Spirit Software 4.0.1 and i can not connect to the Spirit.
the USB is com 4
Before was the updat to V4.0.1 possible and after the update I could connect one times to the Spirit.

I try also an old Laptop with win 10 and there is the same...

are the any tricks what i can do?

Hi, sometimes is an open gl problem.... but a software update does not help

it seems that there is problem with graphics driver. From version 4.0.0 it is needed to have working OpenGL driver. It is used for rendering 3D model in the software.
So to make ti work you need to install Graphics drivers for your computer. Then it will work.
