Spirit System

On Facebook, Tomas suggested I disconect the battery on my Wave transmitter to determine if it was defective. I opened the Tx and unhooked the batteries from the mother board after charging to 100%. I measured the voltage with VOM and they were at 4.34 volts each at that time. A day later they were at 4.13 volts each. A half day later they were at 4.07 volts. I think the pack is bad. I bought the Wave Tx from Helidirect on Nov. 16, 2024. My question is this battery will the battery be replaced by Spirit.
