Flash Spirit Pro with actual software version fails

Hello Serviceteam, I decided to update my old Spirit Pro Unit. Using USB Connection , Unit connected; start flash procedure with 4.0.3; unit light flashs all the time - for more than 15 Minutes without showing any progress at the progress bar. I decided to disconnect unit from PC. Did a new run - but no connection to unit possibl any more. I reinstalled Windows Software and USB driver , restart Windows - no success. So here we are

Few hours later - still no connection - I tried to get a connection by using my spirit WIFI Connector - in general connection is in place but starting spirit settings - endless running progress circle without success.
