New version 4.0.4 released!


Fine-Tuning update with a major news for all Spirit units is available now!

Changes are following:
  • Support for DShot300:
    • Spirit W1, Spirit W3, Spirit GT, Spirit GTR and Spirit 3 units have support for DShot300 protocol!
    • This allows controling Servos and Motors at frequency up to 18kHz.
    • For Throttle you can use same port as originally used for ESC (AUX1 port / THR port).
    • For Tail you have to use AUX2, respectively AUX port at the W1, W3, GTR units.
  • XLPower Stratos 200 preset
    • PC software has full configuration for this model.
    • Only Swashplate Subtrims must be configured.
    • See our Stratos 200 Guide.
  • JETI EX BUS protocol:
    • New parameters require updated BIN file. Please make sure to download the latest 4.0.4 BIN file JETI script.
  • Scorpion Tribunus III support:
    • From now all Tribunus III users can configure these ESCs from Spirit Wave.
    • Both Telemetry and ESC Setup is supported.
  • Scorpion Tribunus telemetry:
    • Fix for missing Capacity with Standard protocol.
    • Default ESC telemetry settings (Standard protocol) can be used now.
  • HobbyWing V5 tweaks:
    • Fix for HobbyWing V5.1 150A version - from now you can set BEC voltage properly from Spirit Wave.
    • Spirit 3 and Spirit W3 have full support for ESC Setup now.
  • Kontronik TelMe protocol:
    • Fix for random data corruption with some ESC firmwares.
  • New Tail Motor control algorithms:
    • Algorithms for Tail Motor steering were fully reworked.
  • 3D Master mode:
    • 3D Master mode has fixes when loading settings from Backup in the PC Software.
  • Tail Torque Assist (TTA):
    • New function for helping Tail Driven models - available in the Expert/Rudder menu.
  • Automatic resonance detection:
    • When model encounter major airframe resonance unit will deamplify them.
    • For Stratos 200 we recommend to set Elevator Filter to 0 if resonances are often present.
